Standard shipping

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Free shipping on most US orders over $200.00 (subtotal before tax). Some oversized or heavy items are excluded — if your cart contains one, you'll see a notice on the cart page and shipping will be calculated normally at checkout.
• Standard US ground delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days from dispatch.
• We dispatch within one business day of payment. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Store pickup

Pick up your order in-store at no charge. Choose Store Pickupat checkout, and we'll email you the moment your order is ready to collect.

Bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital is fine) and any photo ID. Orders are held for 14 days from the ready-for-pickup notification.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination country. The free-shipping-over-$200.00 offer applies to US orders only; international orders pay the live carrier rate regardless of order total.

Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Transit times vary by destination — most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at support@uscricketstore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. California orders include applicable state and local sales tax.
